Researchers Claim Beer makes men better in bed

Expert reveals how a bottle or two boosts libido, helps sex last longer
IT is long been associated with so-called brewer’s droop after one too many pints.
But beer can actually make men better in bed, a sex expert claims.

Dr. Kat Van Kirk says there are a variety scientific reasons why sinking a few pints can improve a man’s performance in the bedroom.
And contrary to popular belief, the Los Angeles-based certified sex therapist believes having a few beers helps men last longer.
Beer is full of phytoestrogens from the alcohol – and these are scientifically proven to delay orgasm, she told the website askmen.
And it’s good news for men who prefer dark beers, such as porters and stouts – as they can expect a boost in libido and longer, more intense erections, she adds.
This is due to the high amounts of iron which increases the amount of red blood cells and flow to the penis.
The marriage and family therapist then refers to a study by Italy’s Fondazione di Ricerca e Cura, which found that a pint a day reduces the risk of heart disease or stroke by a third, compared to abstaining.
This suggests that when drunk in moderation and paired with exercise, beer keeps the heart healthier, giving a man more cardio endurance during sex, she adds.
And anyone who enjoys a pint or two of the dark stuff needn’t worry about an upset stomach ruining the mood.
Kirk says that Guinness is rich in vitamins and minerals, especially vitamin B and others that have probiotic qualities.
“This means it can help fortify your overall health and be better on your stomach so you won’t feel sluggish during sex,” she said.
Scottish brewery Innis and Gunn have even come up with a beery Viagra substitute dubbed ‘50 Shades of Green’.
“The company uses ginseng, ginkgo biloba and damiana to achieve increased sexual desire, blood flow and nerve stimulation.”
