Corn is being eaten in various forms and in various methods including using it as animal feeds.But, there is an interesting part of corn that’s mostly ignored but highly medicinal i.e the corn silk.
Corn silk contains many beneficial properties including flavonoid, vitamins B, C, K and potassium.it is also highly medicinal, for it soothes urinary tract disorders such as bladder and urinary tract infections – or cystitis.

Most countries like Iraq have taken advantage of corn silk and their citizens use it to prepare tea for breakfast.
