Boost Your Sex Life with Moringa Leaf Extract

Just when you think you’ve heard all about Moringa oleifera, the one some tout as a ‘miracle plant’, something more interesting is discovered.
For men, nothing is more gratifying than having a fulfilling sexual activity, in fact, some schools of thought have argued that it is what defines a ‘real man’. But while many have gone beyond borders to ensure a grand sexual lifestyle, researches and science have revealed that most organic solution could be counter productive.

Trying to find a lasting solution not only to your sexual inabilities, but also a total healthy life is not impossible with the many health properties of Moringa oleifera.
According to Samson Ajobiewe, a microbiologist, moringa contains more than 90 nutrients, 46 antioxidants, and 36 anti-inflammatory compounds. It also has 18 amino acids, including the eight essentials that our bodies need to survive but cannot manufacture ourselves (and must be supplied through diet).
What makes moringa so unique is that all these properties are 100 per cent natural, whereas most multivitamins and calcium supplements available on the market are made using synthetic ingredients that the human body absorbs very minimal nutrients from.
For you to have a healthy relationship, sex must be a part of that relationship. Sex can help a relationship get better. According to experts, once sex is taken out of a relationship, many relationship issues like poor communication, the most dangerous problem couples with poor sex life encounter, lack of trust, betrayals, infidelity, poor libido and many more set in.
Ajobiewe added: “Testosterone is the most important male sexual hormone. In males, it is mainly responsible for the development of the sex organs, the formation and maintenance of the typical male sexual characteristics, sperm production, the controlling of the male desire. Supplying the body with sufficient amount of Vitamin D has positive effects on testosterone levels. Moringa has lots of vitamin D in there for you.”
According to a research in the American Journal of Neuroscience carried out by Thawatchai Prabsattroo, Jintanaporn Wattanathorn, Sitthichai Iamsa-ard, Supaporn Muchimapura and Wipawee Thukhammee. An experiment was carried out to determine the effect of M.oleifera leaves extract on male sexual behaviours in animal model of sexual dysfunction.
A male Wistar rat, weighing 200 to 250grammes, had been orally given M.oleifera leaves extract at doses of 10, 50 and 250 mg kg-1 BW once daily at 30 minutes before the exposure to a 12-hour immobilisation stress for 14 days. Their male sexual behaviours were assessed including mounting, intromission and ejaculation numbers and latencies after single administration and every seven days until the end of experiment. To further investigate the possible mechanisms of action, the serum testosterone level of all rats at the end of the experiment together with the suppression effect of the plant extract on MAOB and PDE-5 activities was also determined.
The results showed that after single administration, rats subjected to M.oleifera extract at dose of 10 mg kg-1 BW significantly enhanced mounting number. When the treatment was prolonged to seven days rats subjected to the low dose of extract showed the enhanced intromission number whereas rats subjected to high dose of extract showed the enhanced mounting number. The data also showed no significant change in serum testosterone level. However, the extract could also suppress MAOB and PDE-5 activities. Taken all together, the extract could enhance male sexual desire and performance via the suppression of MAOB and PDE-5 activities. The study recommended further study regarding the treatment of sexual dysfunction M. oleifera leaf extract.
Ajobiewe maintained that sugar related problems like diabetes have also contributed to sexual dysfunction, stating that “Dead Sea Moringa is now one of the most promising supplements for men wanting to maintain normal blood sugar levels. Scientific research indicates that it has a positive effect on normal glucose levels in the blood. It is important to note that studies have revealed that used freshly harvested Moringa leaves that were dried in sunlight and broken into powder has been proven to be effective. The supplement should be taken consistently over time to deliver maximum results.
“Other issues Moringa address in the body that could naturally transcend to improvement in sexual activities is weight loss. But it should also be stated that though Moringa could be credited as a miracle plant, when you continuously eat unhealthily, the plant may just not be able to help you effectively.
“Moringa could also to a great extent, improve the immune system and of course, when the immune system is functioning well, every other activity in the body works perfectly and that includes great sex too!”
